I like point 5 the best. This is very true in a service industry.

I disagree on 7 --- Having a direct debit service will only increase your effort to collect on that particular debt. It almost never is worth the discount and effort. Unless of course personal interaction plays a role in the business model.

Among all the anecdotes  that you mentioned... I would also add - &quot; Debt isn&#039;t always bad&quot; - It is true only cash can make cash. 

A positive cash inflow is required even if it is in form of debt. If it is structured in a planned and SAFE manner debt is good.</description>
