Shashwat Sood is a Health care professional from India, having worked with one of the premier group of Hospitals back in India, Shashwat’s areas of expertise are branding, positioning, mass media advertising and Strategic Marketing.

He has also been a visiting faculty for the PGDM Hospital administration ) at Administrative Staff  College of India , Hyderabad, India, and Deccan School of Management .

His areas of interest are Healthcare management, Public Private Partnerships , Marketing and Training and Development.  He commonly blogs on MBA education and Marketing.

Having completed a Bachelors Degree in Occupational therapy, from KMC , Manipal, Shashwat felt that the need of the hour in the Indian Health care  scenario was more on the administrative side than in the clinical and thus went on to pursue a Masters degree in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences , Mumbai, India .

He is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration Degree at the Strathclyde Business School
